I want to bake cookies just as an excuse to use an aperiodic chiral monotile cookie cutter. https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1489633128/spectre-einstein-tile-2-vampire-einstein

Fun fact, all of those scenes were shot in the venue where we had our wedding reception

I refuse to take responsibility for orbital mechanics.

Reputedly, one of the generals involved in SDI: “whoever came up with these laws of physics must’ve been a goddamn commie”.

I wondered why we were talking about broadcast standards for a minute there

Regularly in my life, I get angry with physics because I’ll be doing something and things won’t move/fall/orient/etc the way I would immediately expect. And, as a long-time video gamer, my first instinct is to chalk it up to bad a physics implementation.

And then I remember that it’s in real life, and not in a video game… and… my opinion does not change. Damned buggy physics.

I want physics to work like they do in the newer Spider-Man video games. You punch a bad guy up into the air, then jump up to follow him and punch and kick him a bit until he goes flying back, or you use your web to flip him around and slam him into the ground (completely ignoring the whole “equal and opposite reaction” aspect). THEN, while still in the air, you hit a different baddie with some web and yank them up into the air next to you and repeat the whole process! He’s not called “The Amazing Spider-Man” for nothing!

Pretty good graphics engine though.

I’m a bit miffed that I have to keep buying very expensive add-ons to get things to render properly.

Yeah, they really cheaped out on the Vision Basic rendering of the CybertruckⓇ™Ⓒ. Apparently you need to get Vision Platinum at $69.95 a month to see the high-quality version.

I heard it, much closer to the time, as “goddam pacifist.” It was a complaint about the difficulty of getting lasers and particle beams to do anything useful at range in an atmosphere.

“Where are Superman’s underpants??”

Depends on the costume design, but usually you see them.

I was watching Man fo Steel last night on Netflix, and half way through my better half walked by and said that, really puzzled with Henry Cavill’s costume

(Nobly resisting the opportunity for crass jokes…)

It sounds like one of Superman’s nightmares – flying around, saving the day, and then all of a sudden realising that he’s not been wearing underpants the entire time.

If you are super, post-void dribbling is apparently not something you need to worry about.

Maybe his prostate is not as super as the rest of him.
