I now have an image in my head of an art nouveau bearded lady.
Wow, out of that shelfie full of games, I have just played two of them. Nice glasses!
I also have an unplayed (standard) War of Whispers (need to 3d-print some buildings).
Nice specs.
I’ve been back in the office this week and my beard is still a novelty apparently. It seems to garner unsolicited opinions from people as they walk past. Here are a selection from the last two days:
“It looks very well groomed.”
“You look homeless.”
“Not many men could pull that off.”
“Your beard is great! It’s so good!”
I even had a new employee spot me in the office by it.
I find myself saying “No, I grew it before the pandemic” a lot.
My wife insists that I keep my my beard short of ‘sysadmin or homeless’. This is about as long as it can get before risking nocturnal barbary
It appears you’ve uploaded the wrong picture. This one is of a homeless sysadmin.
There are no homeless sysadmins. They can always fall back on the server room.
Actually, they look just like dscheidt, as they need the coat, beard, and cap to stay warm in the heavily air conditioned server room.
Missing the bottle of night train express for the true gutter sysadmin experience.
Who let Richmond out he’snotinhisroomWHYISN’THEINHISROOMWHOLETRICHMONDOUT!?
Also not a selfie but from my wedding pics here’s one including 2 people from this forum. I’m in the waistcoat, the other you’ll have to guess as a forum game.
I’m 90% sure that @lalunaverde is three of the other people operating as some form of advanced collective.
Possibly borg.
look for the person that seems to have a hard time remembering if there was an announcement about War of the Ring earlier this year
This is cyber-bullying
Spoilers: I’m the one on the far right
