Anyone with about 2,000 hours of free time should get in touch with me. Ideally, we should play with the maximum of 10 players. I will have to commandeer the large conference room at the office for the requisite time, and also set aside about a week for trimming all of the counter corners…

For research for an upcoming RPG campaign, six people bought copies of The Times Book of India (1930). Two weeks later the prices on the remaining few copies had tripled.

Because I am an absolute hypocrite. I bought Beyond the Sun. Reason: It’s been in my wishlist since I’ve played it both IRL and online. It doesn’t have a stupid price tag too

T’is the season. The holiday stretch at a game store is a brutal gauntlet, and as a result my spending goes up in a vain effort to maintain any kind of energy.

As a result, I am now the owner of Destinies, Chronicles of Crime 2400, and Dune: Conquest and Betrayal (the shorter movie version of the original Dune game).

I am very excited about all of these games that I won’t get to play until… 2022 at the earliest? But hey, no complaints.

I’m enjoying CoC 1800 and saw some reviewers say 2400 is now their favourite of the three, so please keep us informed when you get to play it!

IT has arrived! The box is wrecked (these SPI boxes are pretty flimsy) but the contents are pristine! And yes, the 42 year old counters are still just as they left the printer. !!!!!!

Bought three more Imperial Assault figure packs that I did not own since Boardlandia had them for sale. That leaves me with just four packs that I do not have, one of which I don’t even really care about (Alliance Smuggler), though I really do want the others (Bantha Rider, Thrawn, Dengar).

Subastral, looked like a good game. Also picked up the expansion for Fantasy Realms (The Cursed Hoard) - we love a bit of Fantasy Realms.
