Yeah, I think $20 from CowCow or whatever for a genuinely nice graphic design is the way to go there. Still, if you don’t mind the OG art, I suppose the cardstock, box, and stuff from an official print run might appeal.
Is that shipped via shipQuest? Because I got notified about a package but have no idea what it is…
Yes! I only got the email notification yesterday, saying 2-4 days, but it arrived just now.
Not helping
But it is expensive for being so tiny. 35€ unless I want to help out the man who already has all the money.
I got it there for £22

I found a decently priced second hand copy of Blood Rage. I think that should stop me from buying for the rest of this year. Fingers crossed, I am only allowing myself KS games that I have already funded till December
I ordered Age of Steam: Deluxe for my husband’s birthday, and it arrived today. It’s quite a big box…
Arrived today and all seems good! Slightly worried it was missing some components, but it turned out to be an error in the manual instead.
And I got an email saying my Ashes upgrade kit has shipped, so a very good day!
More big trades out means more stuff in:
Fleet: The Dice Game (2nd edition) — this became a priority add after two games. My partner enjoyed the heck out of it too, so we should get some pretty good use from this little beauty. The (15) cards provided are of exceptional quality; I try to mention this any time I get a board game that has better than board game quality cards.
Marvel Crisis Protocol — already assembling this one, prepping for a fresh summer of painting! Really great quality and value in the core set.
Kickstarter fulfillment season continues, with Hornet Leader, Cthulhu Conflict, and the new expansion.
UK folks wanting to buy Obsession: you can’t. There’s 3,000 games heading for Europe in August, but they’re mostly sold already and half the websites claiming to do pre-orders have it turned off for the main game (sometimes still on for the expansions).
Kayenta’s own page says that GamesLore have pre-orders for Europe, but the GL page redirects back to Kayenta and goes to a 404.
The one place that does seem to take your money for a pre-order is BoardGameGuru in Southampton, so I just did that:
Oh god, someone on the BGTACUK group posted a FLGS selling Glorantha:GW for half price.
Might pop round tomorrow and what will be will be
Oh noooo!!
It’s okay, I’m sure someone else has swooped in and saved me from myself
Where do you stand on CW Vs G:GW?
Which shop?
Travelling Man. Looks like in-store only.
(I think I’m the only one near Manchester so I can safely say?
)
Cheers. Not coming up on the website. Good luck!
