Yes, you’re currently an Outlaw Ship because you have crew on board with a Warrant (Bree). He won’t get arrested because of the Scan-Proof Shades, but that’s still enough to set you up for legal hassles.

You can go NW and circle round, or via Border Space, but neither of these goes through the alert token W of the Bazaar. Does either of these look like what you want?

W route is 4 Alliance + 1 Border sector; E route is 5 Border.

Go through Beldrum(?), open sector, Gonghe, alert sector, Bazaar.

I believe my Talk is a 4 (2 for Roberta, 1 for Bona Fide Credentials, 1 for Scan Proof Shades). I am going to try to talk my way out of this an hope for the best. God knows if it goes to a fight, I am screwed.
