Okay, new theory.
From 87, he moved to 91 and has since crossed the bridge to the SE quadrant.
He’d have passed incredibly close to Yellow if that’s the case. I didn’t think he had enough moves to do that, but it’s certainly possible. He could be mucking around in circles in either of the West quadrants while we tie ourselves in knots.
He is four moves from 87. 91 - 109 - 112 - 132 is across the river. 91 would have put him on a different street section than Yellow used.
And believe me, I know I could be way off base, but we have not yet picked up his trail after 87 and we have checked nearly every path N and W from there. We have not checked 84, but I think we have checked most of what it connects to.
In any case, we should know soon. He has to drop off a body part soon, or lose.

Blue? Follow the others, really push North West or go South as quickly as possible?
Hmm, Blue can also make it to 70 - 84, so we need to figure out which would ve better to go there, Blue or Red, and then where does the other one go.
I guess Blue could go back to 52 - 71. That lets Red do 70 - 84.
If I was Jack, my next move (if I was South of the river) would be to get on a boat, just to really mess with us.

I’m not sure about Red/ Blue. If he is SE then is getting one of them to the very bottom of the board (or the North/West bank of the river) an idea?
