I think Red should move South - it’s in a tricky spot to get closer to the river without overlapping Yellow, so 119-121 looks best.
I’m still thinking he might make us think he’s crossing the river - he’s been a crafty bugger so far. He’s got the moves to hit the North bank and then hook back to the central edge of North West while we all surge past him, or do the same but in the South West.
