After playing the first production copy of it at SHUX, I am super anticipating Rebuilding Seattle.
Played two rounds at a demo booth and really enjoyed it. I found balancing your population, the things they wanted and the other things that score points or give you bonuses to be a fun puzzle.
There’s not a ton of player interaction, but it does seem to encourage you to pay some attention to the other players to know when to trigger the global events to get you the most benefit while benefiting everyone else the least, or to pay attention to know when they’re likely to trigger the global events so you can prepare to benefit as well.
It was also pretty. They said it should be releasing in January 2023, and I’ll definitely be picking it up.
it looks fun. i tried a little bit. he didn’t speak English week enough to give a full rules explanation but it’s a very small package that looks like it may deliver some good fun.
