and even stretching both Eagle Nebula and Argo into a straight line doesn’t quite let you link up with a 2.
ok. lets size it so that the phenom will be moved inner. the new system will be towards the outer edge, and it will be 2 sectors from Argo. leave Argo and new system towards edge.

@Delwayne, @Assussanni, please exchange trade agreements ad lib, then I’ll credit Vulcans for that material and re-send the full status.
Would Romulans have an interest in their 3P trade agreement for my 1C TA? Since your 2P is being used, at a later time we can switch for the 2P. Also, when my Ambassador gets to Romulus, perhaps he can help with a command or two.
Also, it would have been the other way around. The Nebula against the edge and Excalbia inner.
