actually… we should just leave things as they were and put Excalbia to the left of Argo. ie. there are three lanes out of Argo. That way everything stays as is and I’m not at Romulus yet. But at least everything explored stays as is.

Just so that I’m clear before I mangle the map again: that would be a chain of Romulus - Argo - Excalbia separate from Deneb - Eagle - Vulcan? What you definitely can’t do is make a chain of Vulcan-Eagle-Argo-Romulus with the space lanes you have.
No. All Borg actions are in the open. I’m assigning them turn order cards on general principles and to maintain a little uncertainty.

changing that phenom to the edge, swapping with the system like you were going to do.
(Phenom against the edge and not Deneb. But Deneb at least 2 sectors from Argo)
