So it seems to me it is something something Marvel because that is the only thing Spiderman and the X-Men movies seem to have in common. But not MCU. I haven’t really seen any of the recent X-Men movies… it does sound like a story with Prof. Xavier and Magneto…
Alternatively it is a movie with either Hugh Jackman or Patrick Stewart. Ian McKellen is not in Logan.
