Right, after talks with my lawyers, the card I used for the loan is Colne, not Lancaster.
Also, I did not have an Iron Works card any more to overwork my factory in Preston, so I will use a Bury card instead to build a coal mine instead, which I believe is the same price and does not affect the iron market too much, apart from the fact that Captnut will not have Iron available and have to buy it instead. Sorry!
The board after @Chewy77 ’s turn:
@Captbnut do you want to change anything about your turn?
Can I check, did Lancaster not flip because @Benkyo changed his sale location?

That’s right (because Geebizzle did not flip Preston).
In that case, instead of developing I’ll sell my cotton mill in Rochdale and flip my port in Lancaster.
I’ll still overbuild Oldham

I use Warrington & Runcorn to build a port there (£7), and my final card (Cotton Mill) to sell my cotton from Oldham via Runcorn.
I’ve played myself into a bit of a hole. I’m going to take 2 £30 loans

I was going to develop shipyards x2 and build in Liverpool, but at a cost of £29 I’m not sure I can afford it. Instead I’ll use both Liverpool and Stockport (and remind @Captbnut and @GeeBizzle that you should declare your cards for all your actions) to build a tier 1 ironworks in Rochdale, spending £5, taking a coal from Rochdale, flipping it to get £10 back and increasing income to £4.

Change of plan: reminding myself to play with the hand I’m dealt and the board in front of me.
Play Oldham to build cotton mill for £18 +£2 iron + Rochdale coal, flipping the Rochdale coal mine.
Play Manchester to build cotton mill for £18 + £2 iron + £1 coal from Warrington & Runcorn.
£41 spent.

Well, well, well, seem like my two initial moves are taken…
Play Stockport to connect Bury to Manchester and Manchester to Stockport with a double rail move, using my coal in Bury, (£15) and build a iron works in Manchester using an Oldham card that is good for nothing now, the final coal from Bury (flips he mine if my count is right) for another £9.
(Crossing fingers so I don’t have to speak to my lawyers again) It is over to @GeeBizzle
