No, it flips in wake if there is more than 5 favor on it after payment. That step has not yet occurred (unless I missed something, which is quite possible, I don’t remember)

@Benkyo - Can you transfer a face-up Advisor to a site? If yes, do you have to be at that site, or can you put the advisor there from anywhere as long as you control the site?
No, you can’t.
Only face down, and only where you are.
Think of advisers as well, advisers, while denizens at sites represent much larger communities built around the represented concept. Barring exceptional circumstances (there’s a relic that comes to mind) the two are not interchangeable once in play. Face down aren’t anything yet, just potential.

Yes, but only by replacing them.

(And I suppose I want to confirm that you understand you lose the most from this play - 5 secrets to Yashima’s 4. The effect is that everyone is left with just 1 secret. Secrets on the Darkest Secret are unaffected. Not saying it’s a bad move or even an unreasonable one, just making sure the effect is understood.)
My hope is that I have a slight advantage in favour and the chancellor can encourage a campaign on the banner.
Who knows I may push my way back into the chancellors good graces yet.
Oh, that would make for a good story, which I am always up for.
