Ok.
Assemble in orbit 3 Juno’s a probe and two Ions. (Obelix) Fire the Ions and attempt Lunar Orbit.
First Ion fires ($10 to remove success)
Second Ion Minor failure ($5 to remove) Ion damaged.
The Obelix limps slowly to Lunar orbit.
Back on Earth Orbit I attempt to land my damaged Juno.
Major Failure. The rocket is smashed to pieces. Spend $5
Attempt to land undamaged Juno.
Another major failure. Spend $5
Transfer fully tested Landing to @pillbox.
End turn.

Hmm, would anyone object to a slight retcon? I meant to purchase and use Survey on Phobos prior to landing my probe.
I’ll be researching Saturn ($10) regardless, but the rest of my turn will depend on whether I need to pay for Survey or not on this turn to do the retcon.

Fine with me! (Even if you are foolishly attempting to duplicate a system already perfected by the Central Committee, possibly with the help of one or two scientists.)
Cough happy to exchange fully tested surveying for your future Saturn tech cough.
I mean, you’re all getting a free $10 as part of my actions, so I feel as though a gift is in order 
. But I am willing to provide a fully-tested research (either currently held or to-be-tested) in exchange for Surveying.
RossM: Sounds like a deal, but any financial assistance you would provide to help fund testing would be mutually beneficial, rather than waiting for me to complete testing using only my own funding.
