I think with luck it’ll just clear after a few turns.
A fog token is removed from every city that has one each Dusk.
Since Valona just got 2 of them, one will go away after Mina’s turn, and the other after Sat - Day.

Ah so Godalming can move on Sunday - or Saturday night if he/someone else gets the right event cards. Not too much of a problem then.
Van Helsing: just stay mobile and probably on train routes. The Count will make land at some stage, possibly this night, and we may need to make rapid train/sea travel when he does.
Mina: I can probably handle Salonica/Athens if you want to hang around Varna/Constanta in case he tries to land there…

No! I will take the railroad (yellow line) to Rome using my 3/2 ticket.

With yellow lines (or a combination of white and yellow), you use the second number on the ticket. So you cannot reach Rome, unfortunately, as it is three railways away. You can get as far as Florence.
I knew that and had forgotten where I acually was.
I ask for everyone’s patience: yeah Genoa by road.

Mina rushes to Constanta, hoping to head off the Count. If he is, indeed, in the Black Sea.
With that, we move onto Dusk. One Fog token in Valona is removed, yet one remains.

Would a hunter automatically know if Dracula moves onto their city space?
Mina feels inclined to take the road to Varna.
Yes. Dracula would instantly be revealed, and also unable to place an encounter card.

So that puts him in one of the following cities:
- Adriatic Sea to Bari or Venice
- Black Sea to Varna
- Tyrrhenean Sea to Cagliari, Naples or Rome.
Varna and Venice are surely too risky, Cagliari is safest but then has to move to sea again next turn - or maybe feed (not sure). But doesnt Bari, Naples or Rome lock him in a bit too.
