What does that card do?
Play as an action during night.
Place a consecrated ground token on any city except for Castle Dracula, Galatz, or Klausenburg.
Then, each hunter may reveal a “Heavenly Host” item card to place a heavenly host token in another city with the same exceptions.
- Dracula cannot enter a city that has a consecrated ground or heavenly host token.
- If consecrated ground or a heavenly host token is placed on a location that is on the trail, that location and any encounters on it are revealed.
- If Dracula’s current location has either a consecrated ground or heavenly host token, he cannot play “Feed,” “Dark Call,” or “Hide.”
- When using “Wolf Form,” Dracula cannot choose a location that would require using roads that connect to a city with either a consecrated ground or heavenly host token.
- At the end of the next dawn after a heavenly host token is played, discard all heavenly host tokens. Consecrated ground tokens remain on the board until discarded by a card effect.

It’s basically ludicrous.
Several options, depending on where you think the Count landed.
One option is Venice in case he landed there, and would be of most use later in the game.
Another good option os Florence which will keep him in southern Italy if he landed in Bari or Naples.
Third option: if we think he landed in Cagliari - and he is there - placing it there would really balls up his plan to hide/heal there and force him straight back out to sea.
I can’t help out but if others have a Heavenly Host item card to play as well, we could really hone down on where he landed.
Just note, this is not played at Dusk, but as your night action.
