Quick iconography question, as I might have missed the explanation, but what does the blue shield icon mean - for example on Nandi’s crew member Bree?

Wanted crew - subject to arrest if you meet the Cruiser or Operative’s Corvette, makes you an Outlaw Ship, potentially has a Bounty on them.
