I would like to explore people’s motives for voting for me to die please
@COMaestro got a ping from his empath ability and decided I was the villain and not @yashima . However, for the exact opposite reasons that I was nominated, @Najim also got the nod and that led to the maestro’s demise. I don’t suspect foul play but probably exuberance.
As did I. Well, I’m not the Spy. If I was, believe me, I would not have accused the Virgin, as there is no guarantee that I would have been killed. So I would either not die and be immediately outed as the Imp or a minion to the Virgin player, or I would die, which I think means I would stop seeing the Grimoire each night??
I used my power on the same two players last night. Not naming them didn’t seem to help yesterday so let’s try a different approach
@RossM and @pillbox yesterday both returned as good players. Last night one (I don’t find out which) pinged as a Demon.
As far as I can tell, the only way I can get a different result is a) I’m a drunk and am reading the tea leaves wrong or b) after revealing my role I’ve been poisoned.
If I was poisoned it could have been either night, but last night seems more likely.
can this also happen if one of the players is a spy?
For what it’s worth, I voted for you because I also found the fact that you only revealed some of your information strange. However, you should probably bear in mind that I am bad at determining whether people are lying
Oh this is what I get for going to bed early. Catching up… … … …
This looks bad for the town? I think? Two dead after the first day? On the other hand we know two who are not the demon. And I finally have some information to share.
My main motivation was to get nominated, that’s why I pushed myself for a nomination so we all get more infos. You were detected by the empath as a possible evil, which isnt a bad target to go for. At least, that’s how I see it.
So at least 2 players voted for me to die because I played the last round badly? Glad there aren’t those rules in A Feast for Odin!
@COMaestro if I remember the timeline correctly, you were convinced I was dodgy as soon as you revealed your empath role and before I revealed my fortune teller role. I know you also thought me not giving my information publicly was suspicious but what was the trigger before that? (apologies if I’m wrong on the sequencing of events). If there is a poisoner about, then you may have been hit in the first night, which would have skewed your empath power.
Can someone just confirm that there is no way that @COMaestro could have died if @najim wasn’t the Virgin?
