The co-designers of Kaivai (one of them being the co-designer of Terra Mystica) seem to take Kaivai and make it more Terra Mystica-ish
I need to play Kaivai as it remains unplayed in my shelf

I’m starting to get excited by Moon Colony Bloodbath, such a cool name for a game. No stock here in Australia yet, so bit of a wait.
Damn it have they crossed Agricola with zombies.
Really??
Did I miss the whole of March?
I’ve never been less interested in a game.
Looking at all the awaken realms games announced they are definitely worth an eye brow raise. Is labyrinth chronicles really going to be a labyrinth legacy game?
I assumed the former.
Would be fun if the answer was “both, at the same time”
Did anyone have zombie Agricola on their 2025 predictions?
Did anyone have zombie Agricola on their 2025 predictions?
I did not, but I admit to being tempted. Especially if it is, essentially, Plants Vs Zombies…
… But…Why?
Replacing the cardboard tokens seems like a good idea.
I’ve seen it theorised that by changing the art they can simply corner the market on plastic tokens going forward.
I’d always assumed bgg had some form of permission to do the geek up bits. Given they used the exact art work which I thought would be protected by copyright or equivalent. So this feels odd if it would be the reason. It might be but getting a payment without the hassle of manufacture, storage and all the other faff would not be some business to cut out to me.
I wonder if they think it would sell to people who don’t like the original art work and get some double purchases. Also I wonder if it’s about the european market where it’s expensive to import the bits from the states.
I know at least one youtuber who always said the town name as “queedleburg” anyway…
I really don’t get on with the cutesy new cover art. Not as bad as the transition from Ghost Stories to the rote fantasy of Last Bastion, but…
I wouldn’t mind having some better bags, but my goodness, not in pink.
Playte confirmed that they’ll reprint MarraCash with the pretty mall-themed art.
Fair to assume it’ll be one of the L-Boards
Source? More importantly any art or release date?
It’s not written somewhere but they have it planned for 2025 according to people who visited Playte’s booth. The food court art was made up - wishful thinking on my part.
Nothing more than I know then.
They better get a shift on, so my wife can pick it up in July as she’s visiting South Korea
