I finally got the Semantle and I don’t think I’ll be doing it again. Clearly my mind doesn’t work the way this word bank does. I got three matches in the 990s out of 1000 and they all seemed pretty similar to me in a specific way so I kept looking for more words like those. The final word was somewhat similar to them but to my mind more similar to things that matched in the 300s, 400s, or were “cold” so it took me a long time to get on that mental track.

Unfortunately I have discovered Free Quordle, which provides an engaging level of challenge, but excites my tendency to addictive behaviour to an unacceptable extent. I am going to have to cut this out.
