No africa scoring yet. Angola makes more sense to me than Brazil at this point.

I don’t think Africa scoring is in the deck until the mid war

It’s been a while since I have played, so I am not sure. I thought that was the Americas.

Shuffled in turn 3

So that’s defcon 2, +3 VP

Nuclear Test Ban: W. Germany 6/2, Egypt 2/0

With Asia scoring out of play for a bit, shall we use the US/Japan pact for something? Or maybe NORAD? Our options all kind of suck, and it makes sense (to me) to hold Blockade until later in the round when his options for discard are fewer. I don’t think he is foolish enough not to hold onto a 3, but who knows, maybe we’ll get lucky

None of the cards are that bad. I think it’s worth expanding some influence, especially in Middle East, towards Thailand and South Africa

US/Japan pact would get us Iraq and most of Saudi Arabia

Which could be completed with the China card…

Yeah, but then he gets it! :stuck_out_tongue:
And I prefer to use it for its full effect in Asia, but I know that’s not always doable.

Ok. Well then. Let’s lock off Iran expand in SE asia and then finish that off next turn with the China card

I’ll be honest, I have no idea what’s going on in this game but it’s fascinating to spectate

Cambridge 5 for Thailand to 3/0 and Lebanon to 1/0

Are we playing the China Card?

I suggest we take Taiwan and Vietnam. Bonus influence jn Burma

Sounds good to me.

Either Taiwan or Afghanistan sound good, Thailand is a must in Asia.

Thinking Blocade, Followed by 5 year plan. If that doesn’t discard Europe scoring, than Europe scoring.

Discard Socialist Governments, play Suez Crisis for the event first: please remove 4 influence from France/UK/Israel, no more than 2 per country.

Remove 2 France, 1 U.K., 1 Israel?
