After the Winnu decide if they want to research or not, you can take your turn (since you are next after the Yssaril).
you only need 4 resources. So, the advice is exhaust planets Perimeter & Velnor. (the top numbers, not the bottom).

Looking at my techs, I believe i should have hyper metabolism? Unless something happened to where i couldn’t?
Either way, I will exhaust Lodor and Xanhact to research Magen Defense Grid. @Delwayne if you could please add that and hyper metabolism when you get the chance.
For turn, obv use imperial card. No public objective, but point for mecatol rex. Also, i’ll spend a strat token fro secondary for a secret objective.
You can’t, unless you have a specific tech or racial benefit that allows you to use both the Primary and Secondary of Imperial… and I don’t think you do?

Everyone to decide about the Secondary of Imperial.
Unless im eligible for make history, i dont see one that i can complete at the same time as using the card.

Also, on the imperial card, i take “if you fulfill it’s requirements” as “if the requirement is currently fulfilled”. Not “you can spend 8 resources right now if you want to”. Right?
you spend right now. yes.

(you fulfill the requirements by spending those items now)
(normally you spend those items during the status phase. but your card allows you to do them now. only one though.)

Before the end of the round you might want to try and fulfil it though. That’s when you have to move ships during your turn so that by then end of the round when we check for scoring, you would have fulfilled its requirement.
