I will use Technology. Exhaust Lisis and use 2 trade goods to get the Level 4 green tech (got a tech symbol on a planet)

What is the tech? And remember, if using a tech symbol for a planet, then it is unavailable as a resource.

Regarding this issue. You already have 3 space docks already on the board. You can only remove the one at Lodor since the Ang system is locked with your command token already on it. Do you want to remove the Lodor Space dock and put it on Mecatol?
