Okay, so either we all get to be on slightly closer footing to the Ghosts (shrinking the galaxy yet again), or for the next turn the Ghosts are at a big, big disadvantage and the rest of us are slightly slower.
@GabrielH, I’m guessing you’d like to vote in favour of this Law, if only because it means you’ll have at least a couple fleets you can do something with? Otherwise your turn is going to be very passive… it’s not great for me, freezing a couple of my fleets in places I’d rather not have my fleets frozen (specifically my heroic Lodor Rescue Fleet, which I would like to get the heck outta dodge, thank ya), but it’s only a couple cruisers as opposed to literally every ship I have. You have… one fleet that wouldn’t be frozen?
Basically, I’m suggesting that I’d be happy to help you for, say… Support for the Throne? That seems fair.

I don’t feel that I would be wise conferring Support for the Throne just yet, however, I would be willing to give either “Ceasefire”, “Political Secret”, or “Creuss Iff” in exchange for support.
