I presume this will happen now, since you are neighbors? (same with others if they agree)
I would like to agree, but I am honour-bound to point out that the moment my tokens refill, the player who has my Trade Promissory Note can immediately take them. So either I am robbing you of one Trade good, or I am robbing them of one.
With that in mind, I don’t think I can agree to your terms in full honesty (ie: I could just lie to one of you, but I won’t do that). Sorry!
Edit: Ooh! @COMaestro: But how about this: Let me refill my Commodities for free, I’ll give them to whoever has my Trade Note, and then after I build I’ll give you a Trade Good (I receive one for free every time I build). I’m going to use the Warfare Secondary, so that way you’ll get 1 Trade Good from me eventually, and whoever has my Trade Note will get their Trade Goods without either of you losing anything.
