- upgrade weapons
- build 8 starships on Vulcan
- Remove Trade agreement to Romulans. Message to Romulans: “It is just a precautionary measure.”
Command phase:
- C1. move ship at Hupyria via impulse towards RuraPenthe
- C2. Fleet 1, come out of warp in Ferenginar and drop off an Ambassador.
- C3 & C4. Fleet 2 and 3 will brave hazards to try and get research tokens.
- Fleet 2, hazard 3, shields 1, ships are lost on double 4+
pool 2d6: 2× 1pool 2d6: 3, 6pool 2d6: 2× 5pool 2d6: 2, 4pool 2d6: 2, 5pool 2d6: 2× 1
- Fleet 3, hazard 5, shields 1 have no effect, ships are lost on 5+

(C1-C2 used.) That won’t fit a system at any angle, but the space lane itself will fit. So (as Delwayne did) you can stop one space into the lane, then use C3 to impulse back to Earth and out again in a new direction in the hope of a better roll.
