I’ll take it if I can get there. (I’m … a little at a loss about maneuvering and things in this rather complicated part of space).
Anyways, I’m going to join in in building up astrography in depth.

@RogerBW asked for a die roll:
OK so the way this works is you have to tell me just where it’s moving.
So the ship entered warp at Earth, it has two warp tokens, and right now you have no advancements that would add more.
So you could strike out from Earth, or go to Beta XII-A and explore from there.
What players generally do is tell me the rough direction, though a system with only one space lane connection can be pivoted (by anybody) until it gets a second one.
If you want to try connecting, you can roll the space lane length, then decide whether you’ll put in a new system, hook on to another system, or just abandon the lane entirely.
Valakis and Sigma Draconis are both fixed in place, so you won’t be able to connect them unless they’re the exact right distance apart. Valakis and Regulus ditto. But the Neutron Star is still moveable, so if you wanted to link a new space lane directly to there from Earth (and got a 4 length, or maybe a 3) that would be a possible thing.
For now:
Space lane: d3+1: 2
System: Pallas 14 (PR-4)
Exploration: Xenophobic Uprising (D6 or revoke all your Trade Agreements held by Rivals.)
Diplomacy test: d6+1: 2
to exceed 6
So Federation TAs offered to Klingons and Ferengi are withdrawn (you can offer them again under the usual rules).
5 commands left.
(It goes without saying that as we share a system or two, I’m happy to accept the trade agreement again.)
That’s… not what I wanted to happen.
I offer the Trade deal back to the Ferengi, since I believe I’m still in contact with them. (accepted as read)
C2 I form the Colonization Fleet in earth orbit from 3 ships
C3 & C4 warp to Pallas 14
C5 I use the Colonization fleet’s ability to disband and Colonize without using the Cultural token
I’m also happy to offer the trade deal back to the Klingons when I next run into them. I will hold that deal for them, in fact.
C6 Send a ship to warp from Valakis VI- with the intention of it going to staying in warp past Ferenginar to go to Regulus V next turn
OK, that’s end of turn.
Card 4: Romulan (@Assussanni)
Sorry Roger, the ship should be going to warp from Valakis VI, not Pallas 14
Romulan Build Phase
Colonise Antipathy IV (-1 ship, -1c).
Build 3 production nodes on Antipathy IV (-6p).
Commit research to Imperial Science Initiative (-1r).
End Build Phase: 0p, 0r, 3c.
Romulan Command Phase
Command 1: commission Starbase at Antipathy IV (+1 command, exhausted).
Commands 2&3: ship at Romulus warps to Antipathy IV.
Commands 4&5: ship at Romulus explores, warping south.
End Command Phase, barring exploration decisions.
You can save a command by doing:
ETA: Never mind, misread your order
@RogerBW asked for a die roll:
Space lane: d3+1: 4
System: Thonolan IV (PPC-3)
Exploration: Where No One Has Gone Before
Next player is card 5: Cardassian (@MIGHTYSploosh).
(I believe, there may be 1 too many ships at Pallas 14- I think I was supposed to sacrifice one of them as part of the Colonization fleet special thing)
Build: production node on Bajor and spend 4 research to upgrade weapons.
Ending with 0p 0r 3c
Command: warp in and out north of Risa.
I think:
@RogerBW asked for a die roll:
Space lane: d3+1: 3
System: Singularity Cluster (H3 Phenomenon-5) (Add 1 Research per round to maximum 3. Take all Research when Braved.)
Ship is lost on 3+: d6: 3
And a correction - you have a starbase, so you have 5 commands remaining, not the 4 on the board.
