But you can do this via Neutron Star Mutara Nebula I think.

Perfectly okay! I gotta head to work momentarily anyway.

So in total, there should be 1 Culture (from the Build Phase), 3 more Research gained for me that turn, and 2 Production, all in my stockpile (just to keep it clean). Thanks!

Ah, of course Cloaked Orbital Mines improve your culture. Makes perfect sense.

  • 1 Research into each of 3 projects.
  • Produce 6 ships, commission Assault Fleet, at Rura Penthe.
  • 2 Production for a Production Node at Terra Nova.

Well, at least we should be able to kick off a space battle.

Klingon build phase:

  • 1 Research into Klingon High Council, to finish it. The Command is exhausted this round but I get the Warp bonus immediately.
  • 6 Research into upgrading weapons.
  • 1 free ship at each culture node
  • 1 Production for an additional ship at Ardana
  • 5 Culture for an Ascendancy before I forget

EDIT - cancel from here downward to "command phase version 2"
Command phase, 7 commands available.

  • free action, roll the three loose ships at Ardana into Fleet 1, bringing it to capacity.
  • C1 put Fleet 1 into warp. (1 system + 2 warp bonuses would get it to Sherman’s Planet.
  • C2-4 add 3 warp tokens to get it to (just short of) Eagle Nebula.
  • C5 bring it out of warp
  • C6 initiate space battle against single Federation ship at Eagle Nebula
