No, because you are randomly taking the “chamber tiles” out of a bag. They are not always going to have “specific” region colors. The colors on the left side of the board has no bearing to the playing board and “regions”. They are just used to show what colored “chamber marker” goes where on the board. The big tiles you see under the main chamber board are the “regions”. Whoever has the most provinces of that region gets to place his player marker on one of the placed chamber tiles that were pulled from the bag. In this case we are just using random numbers to signify what “chamber tiles” were pulled from the bag.
Are you looking at the rulebook regarding the Chambers Expansion module 4? I think we had the link in the discussion forums. Let me know.
At first we thought as you did, however when we took chambers out of the bag, and they were totally random, we figured out that the colors on the left has no reference to the regions of the board and are only used to place the “chamber tiles” where they go onto the chamber board as they are pulled. Made sense when we first played. Yes, it can be confusing. Not so great rulebook.
It is just another method of gaining end game points. And has a little chance of randomness.
Cool cool. It was the “may exchange 1 face-up chamber marker with 1 of their own markers” that confused me… it doesn’t sound like a choice, but I get it now.
Anyway, still no impact for Black, since I don’t have the majority anywhere.

For the Tenno court, I pass on everything and, since I have 5 people in the Court, I’ll take the following bonuses if available in the following order: Free Shrine at Kaga, or 2 Free Armies in the tower. Otherwise, pass. <<< once again if you can tell me in advance, it would help. Normally you have the option of stating either taking 1-3 troops from provinces or possibly the dice tower tray. Many of you already know this.

In the case of a tie. Player order prevails. So, Yellow gets to choose first.
They choose the 4 armies in tray; spending 3 delegates.
Blue will take the +1 rice. Spending 2 delegates.
Everyone else passes.
However, if you did not notice carefully. There was an error. I did not load the yellow armies from the province involved in the battle. I did add the 2 farmers.
That is what happens when I don’t have a REAL playing board sitting in front of me and instead looking at virtual board on the screen.
