No (because I thought of something else, see below) and yes because it is part of why I love Oath.

But the first time I remember encountering this was in a game of Goldland about 15+ years ago. I don’t even remember the details, I just know that everyone was fighting for the obvious victory condition while I sneaked in behind their backs and grabbed the treasure for the win.
