She may not be a fan of the camper shower, but she does like the sunbathing shelf.

Not our cat – but we made a friend :).

(Looking not unlike a larger version of the red squirrel which ran past us atop the wall we were walking next to.)

I’m leaving super early tomorrow morning. Gwen has an idea of what’s going on and has been clingy and anxious all day.

Where did you manage to see a red squirrel? I haven’t seen one for about 20 years!

Nimes (France). We didn’t see them in Germany, but our friends said they’re everywhere there (“I saw 6 today” was a direct quote). I gather much of the UK only has grey squirrels now, but that they’re still common in Scotland?

Parts of Scotland at least. The wee tufties tend to be quite shy, so even if they are around, you rarely see them as frequently as greys.

Also Brownsea Island in England just off the coast from Poole is a red squirrel stronghold.

I have seen one recently in our garden. I checked both red and grey squirrel images and we definitely have red squirrels here everywhere. (Southern Germany)

There were quite a few in the trees near the hotel in Essen where I stayed last year.

I’ve seen red squirrels a few times around the south-west of Ullswater in the Lake District and on the Isle of Wight. Their tufted ears are adorable!

Not red or a squirrel, but a rare picture of Tobi looking in the right direction

The goodest boy we were on vacation with (not ours, our friends’)
Sadly, he is on some medication that makes him tired a lot. But if he doesn’t take it, he has seizures -.-
Poor boy also wasn’t allowed in a lot of places.
He likes to play sheep by eating grass.
And he has more hair than most sheep at least the floor looked like it.
And he goes wherever his dad goes. If necessary he guards the bathroom door.
Oh and he is scared of everything … rabbits, small dogs… but he plays very nicely with puppies. Very patient with them.

Before it can be included in the Cliff Edwards Project, all music is thoroughly vetted by one of our quality assurance inspectors (both of whom, coincidentally, have also been vetted quite thoroughly). Madeline Kahn is pictured here closely examining a song by Walter Donaldson and Gus Kahn (no relation) to ensure that it is actually worth sixpence.

Caught new arrival Louey sunbathing this morning. I did ask him if he wanted a cocktail. At least he has finally settled in comfortably, although it has taken a good few weeks.
