Ok so can I do a double train line through colne without having built there yet. My plan is to build a double train through colne then build there but wasn’t sure if I’m allowed the double rail?

Yes, first link is from Burnley, where you have presence, then from Colne, that you just linked your network to.

Edit Play Port to double rail (Burnley to Blackburn, Blackburn to Bolton). Coal from Burnley (flip tile), coal from market (£16 total) Play Blackburn to Build Ironworks in Blackburn (£9, plus £1 coal from market! £10 total). 5 iron go on, 4 sell to market for £6.

Looks to me like you would sell all 5 iron for £9?

Use a Wigan card to build a coal mine there (£8) and use a Shipyard card to get a £30 loan. I guess as Wigan is not connected yet to anything, the coal stays there? Oh, wait, the market has been replenished, never mind. EDIT: it should be 4 coal there, is a level 3 mine.

You had to pay £3 to buy an iron for the coal mine, so total spent is £11.
