Here’s my master list, in the order things happen; please check. I don’t believe there’s ever a reason not to take resources, so the only things that need to be decided are compensation on 6 and 8.

c = coal, i = iron, o = oil, u = upgrade tokens

Start: Acacia has 1u, Lordof1 has 2c, RogerBW has 1c 1i, COMaestro has 2c.

• card 1: Lordof1 gains card.
  • COMaestro gets 2 coal × 3 (+1) = 8 coal. (Has 10c.)
• card 2: Acacia gains card.
  • Lordof 1 gets 1 iron × 2 = 2 iron. (Has 2c 2i.)
  • COMaestro gets 1 iron × 1 = 1 iron. (Has 10c 1i.)
• card 3: Acacia gains card.
• card 4: COMaestro gains card.
  • RogerBW gains 1 iron × 3 = 3 iron. (Has 1c 4i.)
  • Acacia gains 1 iron × 2 = 2 iron. (Has 2i 1u.)
  • Lordof1 gains 1 iron × 1 = 1 iron. (Has 2c 3i.)
• card 5: RogerBW gains card.
• card 6: Acacia gains card.
  • Lordof1 may convert 2 iron to 1 oil × 3 = 3 times. You may do this once.
  • COMaestro may convert 2 iron to 1 oil × 2 (+1) = 3 times. Not enough iron.
• card 7: RogerBW gains card.
• card 8: RogerBW gains card.
  • Acacia may convert 1 iron to 1 upgrade token × 1 = 1 time. You may do this once.

and I think it’s only @Acacia and @Lordof1 who have decisions to make.

I should have two iron from card 2 due to the +1 compensation from my ability.

Also, I get to run the 2 coal (not iron) → 1 oil three times on card 6, which I would like to do.

So here’s what I think you have.

Hmm, those don’t look like the cards I thought I was buying. Oh well, too late now.

I have 1c 4i. Leave cards as they stand.

Start card: generate 1u. Don’t sell o that I don’t have. Spend 1c 1u to upgrade card #3. Have 4i.
Red card: nothing
Brown card: (upgraded) spend 2i to get 1o. Generate 1o. Have 2i 2o.
Blue and white card: nothing.
So I have 2i 2o.

#1, +1 Token, skip, upgrade #3 (-Coal, - Token)
#4, -1 Coal, +1 Oil
#3, -1 Oil, +$4, +3 Coal

Net:
Coal = 0 + 2 - 1 - 1 + 3 = 3
Iron = 1
Oil = 0 + 1 - 1 = 0
Tokens = 2 + 1 - 1 = 2
Money = +$4

Pay 1 iron for $2
Pay token and 1 coal to upgrade my other card.

Gain 2 coal
Pay 2 oil for total of $8

5 coal
1 iron

Upgrade token
No action as don’t have enough coal

But I’ll be honest, we’re just getting over this year’s round of RSV and I’m behind at work, sleep, and everything so it’s probably more prudent for me to not take something on, even if it’s relatively small.
