I went to the gym today at roughly lunch time. I never go then, because well, I work for a living, but I’m off today. As expected, it was pretty crowded. What I didn’t expect was the bizarre stuff people were doing. You usually don’t get quite as much anti-clue until after new years. For instance, there was a old dude who had tied a bunch of dumbbells to the plate-loaded seated calf raise machine, and was using it to do one armed bent over rows. d

The New Year Resolvers are the best. I don’t want anyone to feel ashamed of prioritizing their health, or simply not knowing what they don’t know – but I think fitness clubs and gyms should be televised on Jan 1 (1 Jan).
