You can certainly do this, but there is no way to play anything to your site, and if you play to your advisors you will have to discard two advisors. Are you sure?
I was thinking I could replace the Bandit Leader, but if that is the case, I will not search and keep it for next turn.
You cannot just replace denizens under normal circumstances. That’s a power specific to people’s favor and some other cards.
(Even if you could, you’d basically be inviting someone in the hinterlands to search and play the bandit chief again, killing all your warbands!)

I do now understand your intent in going to the mines and campaigning there though. If you want to redo your turn based on a misunderstanding, that would be fine with me (and as I said before, no-one else’s permission is required!)
Otherwise, please use your secret in some way before you rest and pass to next player.

I have a question: how does Spell Breaker work? Do none of us get to play any powers that need secrets now? Has this card rendered my advisors irrelevant except for trading?
The FAQ certainly seems to suggest so. But I see that Chewy was able to use Spirit Snare…

Good point, I had assumed it was only in campaigns, but it is a black-braided card and on all the time. The spirit snare favor has to be returned.
