Continuing the discussion from Leaving Earth #2:
I’m working on the Second Book of Missions, which meant an expanded earth orbital launch table. Here’s what I have at the moment - which should be all the interesting launch combinations. Slashes indicate an additional reusable hardware cost, e.g. for Shuttle or Daedalus engines.
(I.e. I’m not listing 2 Soyuz + 2 Soyuz because it’s simply twice what you get from 1 Soyuz + 1 Soyuz.)
