Now this is a game that would be hard to implement on BGA or TTS though…
SVWAG seemed to like it… and so did Spacebiff.
My geekbuddy analysis shows Tom Vasel wasn’t too impressed and qwertymartin outright dislikes it

Kabuto Sumo? Own it.
Other dexterity games? Own those too.
Tom makes a very good point about this one: it’s brisk. Easy to set up, fast to play (with the right people), and fast to put away. It’s a small(-ish)-box dexterity game, which is somewhat unique (see also: Yura Yura Penguin), but more importantly: it’s a dexterity game that is neither a “flicking” game nor a “stacking/balance” game – and that makes it unique in my collection.

I had doubts with Kabuto Sumo but I end up ordering it as an add-on on one of boardgametables’s KS.
