If you think you require a commitment to a non-binding agreement or at minimum some kind of reply to proceed, please make that clear in your post. PBF is not a real-time conversation, and it can be very unclear who is waiting for something or why.
Recently, we had @Whistle_Pig asking RossM to repeat or clarify information already discussed back in the Chairman phase. Maybe that was necessary/useful communication, I don’t know. Now we have @RossM apparently waiting for something, maybe an assurance from whistle_pig, without taking the Governor action. If RossM is actually waiting, and everyone else assumes they don’t need to add anything, the game stalls.
I don’t know how best to address this last point, other than careful communication, but maybe if players adopt a practice of tagging the player(s) they expect to post next, this kind of stalling could largely be avoided?
(Also, if anyone actually wants me to nag and prod players, please let me know.)
