Deploy my own officer in training and @lalunaverde 's to Madras.
Deploy the remaining officer in training to Bengal.
Then move a regiment from madras to Bombay and one from madras to Bengal.

That’s a successful trade, meaning £7 for the Company, £2 to enrich the President of Bombay, and £2 to the Walsh family from writer graft. The Commander can’t do anything with only one regiment, so we move on to the Presidency of Madras, where the President @Whistle_Pig must decide the order for the President, Commander, and Governor to act.
Ok. If you let me use the governer first to try and get a company ship we can then fill 4 orders.
Then you can trade, and then I can request funds for mercenaries to plunder.

Just in case there’s a misunderstanding: the funds the company gets from trading, the money from graft, none of it goes to the treasury of the Presidency, so you aren’t going to free up more money by trading before deployment. The only way to get more money into the Presidency treasury right now would be a successful governor tax action.

OK, so it’s up to @Whistle_Pig to state the order for President, Commander, and Governor, and how to allocate money between President and Commander. Remember that the trade roll will probably be 1 less die than money spent, if it crosses into orders in one other region.
