Dracula has made his move.

Alright then, gentlemen and lady, where do we think the Count is now?
His first spot is about to mature, and as his second spot is Valona, my guess is he started in Athens. He then moved in wolf form for one or two spaces, and made three more moves after that, putting him four or five spaces away from Valona.
We know he hasnāt gone to sea - as yet - so I reckon he has done one of the following:
A: headed north and possibly is now along the east coast of the Black Sea, maybe Constanta or Varna, or possibly popped home. Well, thereās a pandemic and curfew on!
B: headed north west and is somewhere very close to me - but if so he hasnāt been to Zagreb so might be in Vienna or Budapest,
C: doing a smallish circuit in the south east to reuse spots as other encounters mature, maybe putting him in Sofia or Salonica.
I am planning to head to Vienna or Budapest today, in case there is a trace of him there, and can backtrack to Zagreb tomorrow in case he tries to sneak around me.
Any other suggestions as to where he may be? And how quickly could any of you get into the area?
Just an FYI, the Castle Dracula card has an identifiable back, so all will know if Dracula moves there.

I agree that he probably started in Athens.
Can Mina get there or to Valona before it matures? Does she want to?
I would suggest that Godalming moves East to Zagreb or Budapest to try to catch Dracula as he moves North. Unless he can get to Valona or Athens in time using an event card.
Iāll be heading to Marseilles next and thence to wherever it seems is likely to be closest to Dracula using up the two train tickets I have.
Iām a long way from anywhere useful, by the sounds of it.
Iāll move to Paris by road this turn, and then I should be able to get somewhere more sensible by train.
I can do Valona in two moves (board boat, leave boat). My resources are public.

Both Seward and Mina can be in Valona just before it matures.
(I am an old, old Professor with bad eyesight and memoryā¦)

Mina to Valona, assuming safe travel, makes good sense, but then there could be a gap of two towns before the next encounter was placed.
I know that I could get there too, but my move has to be Vienna - I think itās the furthest he could have travelled west and if I move to Budapest or Sarajevo, he could escape north west into Germany. If itās empty then he hasnāt passed there yet, so I can shuttle between Vienna and Zagreb (or Vienna and Munich) to try and guard the border to the west.
Then Godalming and Van Helsing, I see their best moves to be to get their way as quick as possible to my area so we can sweep east en masse. If events cards and tickets allow, Godalming approaching northerly through Germany and Van Helsing southerly through Italy, and case he does slip past me.
This way will force him to sea - unless he wants to risk combat at this stage to try and break through our line. If/when he goes to sea, we start counting the spaces and working out the options.
Thoughts - before I formally submit my move?
Sounds full proof.
Weāll see - lots of fun playing Dracula and hearing the hunterās plans aloud. Not so fun when Dracula doesnāt know what event and item cards they may have to scupper his escape routes or combat strategies, of course.
