Debating driving the ambulance to the west or just fire fighting?
If things don’t get worse, I can put out the NW bathroom corner on my next turn and progress from there.
We’ll have to move it at some point so it feels like a good time to me.

Yes it would ignite, and the FPS has a whole extra way of generating fire too (moving smoke onto smoke).
