Two crowns not to veto any title (per title). Or… allow me to have one title and I promise not to veto either of the others. These are my conditions.
Purple Blue Red can have everything. So the Church gets one title, Blue and Red get the other two. Any preferences?
If we’re splitting the money, I don’t care who gets the jewel concession. If we’re not, I very much care. I’d rather have the Keeper of the Keys for a few more maintained troops.

is @TomNowell willing to spend 5+ coins (to the Hoc) for that Jewel Concession? Then it would be 4v+2v+4v=10v vs 10v And he breaks ties.
Actually, I’d happily pay 5 for the Jewel Concession. The short-term pain is worth the longer term cash (although I’ll kick myself when we get to recruiting mercenaries before the next set of money and I can’t afford the big troops).

HoC/Lord/Purple: 2 votes, 6c, & is HoC >Will accept Keeper of the Keys and not veto anything.
Chewy/Yellow: 2 votes that no one wanted for a coin!
Black/Black: 3 votes, 6c >is thinking one or two more votes or more coins would help!
Chairman/Tom/Green: 4 votes, 9c >will accept Jewel Concession and donate 5c now to HoC
Roger/Red: 4 votes! 5 coins and 2 blessings. >will accept Lord Commander.
The first issue regarding Expel, everyone agreed to ‘Abstain’ and therefore it just went away.
