Besides A6, map and noble status need to be updated for D3 and D4. Thanks! For a siege, is it required to exhaust every noble in the space (such as was done at B1)?

yes, if the “troops” will be used in the battle. You do have the option of only one noble and only his troops for that specific siege because the “250 army strength” is okay to siege the 200 strength city. Let me know.
