Cool. On my turn I will activate the Warfare Strategy Card and remove my Token from the Rigel system, placing it back in my Tactics pool.
Anyone who wants to use the Secondary ability of Warfare (1 Strategy Token to build at your Home system) may do so.
Then it is @GeeBizzle’s turn.
(Please note that there are several Strategy cards that have been used in the last several activations… I don’t want to use any of them so I can move ahead, but make sure whichever of you haven’t said yet do take an opportunity to think about whether you want to use them or not).

I will spend 1 token from my Strategy pool to use the secondary ability of Technology. I will exhaust my 1 planet for the necessary resources.
I will research “Plasma Scoring” (Red 1 tech).

@Delwayne - I will use the secondary of Warfare to produce 2 destroyers and 2 infantry in my home system, exhausting Shalloo and my agent (copy Winnu agent) to pay the cost.
I shall also use the Tech secondary, exhausting my remaining two planets. I will research Transparasteel Plating.

Will use warfare to build at home - I’m not sure about the requirements. I’m guessing I can’t build a destroyer? If not I think I can build a carrier.
