I’m tempted to Quash this.
People who have played before, this feels like it’s going to make someone’s game a bit miserable before anyone has earned that. Is that right?
It’s hard to say. On the scale of “awful things to happen”, it’s relatively mild.
That stated, I wouldn’t want it to happen to me, but there are much worse things. It hinges on the next Agenda… if it’s really good, being taken out of the voting can suck. If it’s not very good, then not being able to vote isn’t super bad.
The loss of the Action cards is annoying. Oh! I think the Yssaril are actually immune to that? I don’t think they can be forced to discard action cards ever… yet another reason they are the best choice for this, since it hurts them less (unless they bribe me to pick on somebody else, but they haven’t yet).
No, they are not. They are just immune from the 7 card limit. But they can still lose them from an Agenda.
You may think your voting power is limited… but when you add your 8 points with someone else, that becomes a large number!

I can offer a future favor, as I do not really have anything to trade with at the moment. Oh, wait! I have my Spy Net promissory note, which let’s the holder give it back to me to view all my action cards and take one of their choice.

Alright… so, what that means, we will draw another Agenda card from the deck. We still have the second agenda on the side after we resolve this new one.
I’d vote against this surely having closer links to our capital only strengthens the imperium.
The “wormhole nexus” is the Mallice system currently located top right. Right now it only has a Gamma wormhole. When someone moves into or gains control of the planet, it will flip to its active side.
The planet Mallice is asking for Sovereignty… ie. they want to remove the Alpha and Beta wormholes so that there is only one access via a Gamma Wormhole.
I would quite like for this to pass, actually, but I’m not so invested as to spend any actual resources on it XD

In case everyone did not know… after the agenda phase and prior to the start of the new round, all planet cards get unexhausted. So you can use up all your votes as you wish and you are not sacrificing anything prior to the start of next round.
