Ok. The ship already in warp, pay one command to take it out of warp.

It has two warp tokens (plus the bonus one) so I want to warp it to Izar and then discover a system to its west

I think I’d like to try hegemony on this civilisation.

Federation is 2 ascendancy + 1 for universal translator = 3 +d6

Need to beat warp tokens and nodes which is 2+2 = 4.
