From time to time, I find myself searching for a word to describe something. Today’s is the feeling of “I should be surprised by event, but because person is responsible, I am not surprised, at all.”
Any suggestions, from any language?

“Unsurprised” (in the context of an apparently surprising thing), perhaps?
