  1. take puzzle #3 in bottom row add as my #3
  2. take puzzle #4 in bottom row add as my #4 (can I have 4 puzzles?)
  3. Master
    • Puzzle #1 gets the long purple 4 log
    • Puzzle #2 gets a yellow 1
    • Puzzle #3 gets a green #2 in the lower left corner, vertically
    • Puzzle #4 an orange-3 corner in the lower right corner, fittingly

Hope that works out.

Yes, your limit is four active puzzles.

@Lordof1.

Sweetcorn into puzzle 1
Take row 1 puzzle 2
Master: sweetcorn into puzzle 1, bean into puzzle 2, bean into puzzle 3

You only have two beans - one of them is still in 1-L (#2 in the last image), and the other (freed up from the old 2-L #1) is going into 1-bar4 (#3).

With your actions 1 and 2 done, I have:

Sorry, I meant sweetcorn for the last puzzle

Me:
① take black 2
② master 3L into 1, bean into 2, bean into 3
③ sweetcorn into 2, finishing it

@yashima.

  1. Take bottom row #4 as my #3
  2. Master
    • Dark Orange 4 piece into #1 in the upper left corner vertically
    • Pinkish-4 T piece into #2 so it sits on the bottom
    • Purple -4 I piece into #3 vertically on the lower right corner
  3. Add 1 orange 3 piece into #1 lower right corner (which should leave it with 1 open spot)

Take row 1 number 1 and then row 2 number 2 (regardless of what comes up)
Master to put bean onto puzzle 1 and the elbow shape into my last picked puzzle (from row 2 number 2)

Lower left?

I think that ends up like this:

Lots of places that might be, but let me know if this isn’t right.

My turn:
① take black #2 note - next black pickup will trigger the end game
② master: blue 3 onto #1, bean onto #2, red square onto #3
③ sweetcorn onto #1 finishing it.

@yashima.

is there any punishment for unfinished puzzles?

Yes.

So turning up the last black puzzle card triggers endgame; finish that round and play one more, under standard rules.

Then: each incomplete X-point puzzle is worth -X points. You can use pieces from your stock to complete them. Each piece you use costs you a point, but each puzzle you complete by this means is now worth +X points instead of -X.

Ok then. slightly different approach.

  1. Take Top Row puzzle 1 as my #4
  2. Master
    • Orange 3 piece into #1
    • Orange 3 piece into #2
    • Yellow 1 piece into #3
    • Green 2 piece into #4 lower right corner horizontaly
  3. Add a yellow 1 to #1 finishing the puzzle

@RogerBW apologies, I’m afraid in my last go I meant Row 1 piece 2, the thick L shape, so sorry.

@Lordof1 please check this, and you’re up next.

That’s it. Presumably my first puzzle is complete now? So I’ll

Master - beans into puzzle 2 and 3, sweetcorn into 4
Sweetcorn into 2
Sweetcorn into 3

I will
① take a last non-game-ending black (#4)
② master blue 3 into #1, orange L into #2, magenta T into #3
③ play sweetcorn into #2

@yashima.

If I take another black puzzle this round, I get one more turn after that, right?

If yes,

  1. take puzzle #3 from bottomrow as my #4
  2. master
    • orange 3 piece into #1 (done)
    • green 2 piece into #2 (done)
    • dark orange 4 piece into #3
    • dark orange 4 piece into #4, “vertically” bottom left corner
  3. purple 4 piece horizontally across the top of #4

If I don’t get another turn after this, I would just not take an additional puzzle and finish off my remaining puzzle.

That’s correct: we finish this round then play one more round.

@Lordof1 - you will have one more turn after this one.

Did I get to place the purple 4 piece or was that an illegal move on my part? (my 3rd action)
