So it is basically a reskin of the base game plus expansion and a good replacement if you play(ed) a lot of Kemet?
I checked some forums to see the consensus. Most say B&S is a little better but by no means a necessary upgrade if you already have 1.0.
The most cited perk is the trays/inserts for the tiles! So not gameplay at all.
Do go online to download the Kemet 1.5 rules, though; that’s what they are comparing. 1.5 is just new rules for the base game and I think that is what gets the two so close.

I did not expect Oath to sweep up like that, I voted it in some areas, but the one that really makes me glad is Tom’s review taking the gong.
Also, really glad about Eclipse, Twilight Struggle and Flamme Rouge scoring awards, I did not expect them to win over the likes of (overrated) Terraforming Mars, for example. I can see how the PBFs from Roger have elevated Flamme Rouge in the forums, and with reason, it is an excellent race game.
