According to Tabletop Sentinel, Osprey will focus on book publishing in future, keeping its RPGs and Wargames:

Oh, wow. That’s sad news – Osprey has published some fantastic titles over the years, many of them with quite exceptional production values, so it’s difficult to imagine things not changing with new ownership.
OTOH, if the new owners commission some new Helter Skelter expansions, I’d be pretty happy about that. (Ooh. Er. Rebellion own 2000AD, and they nowadays have a Rebellion Unplugged board games division, so it’s not unthinkable that they’d be interested – but after the “Joyride” vs “Powerboats” debacle, I’m not sure I’d be happy about them publishing things I’d want to buy!)
